Can I get my product personalized?

We don't currently offer a personalisation service for our jewellery

What does the 12 month warranty cover?

  • All our jewellery is covered by our 12 month warranty policy. This starts from the day of purchase, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing or material defects. If your item suffers a fault or breakage due to a manufacturing issue, please get in contact and we will replace your piece, at no extra cost.
  • Please note our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage from improper use or incorrect storage.
  • We will require proof of purchase to activate the warranty for you, if you have lost your order number since placing your order, please get in touch here and we will be able to locate this for you.

Do you offer gift packaging?

All of our jewellery comes in a 'Rose & Wolf' branded gift box, making it perfect for gift giving

Do you ship Internationally?

As well as the UK, we also ship to the following countries:

We are currently working on being able to send to the EU. Sign up to our email newsletter to be notified when this happens.

When will my order be processed?

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail as our shipping carrier

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email where you should be able to track your order

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't already been dispatched, we may still have time to change it. Please send us a message here with your name and order number to do this

My order is taking longer than expected. Can you help?

We have a currency converter at the top of our website so you can shop using your preferred currency
