Covid-19 Update

 Royal Mail are constantly updating how they are handling the situation, but they seem determined to keep the postal service as normal as possible.

We are shipping worldwide again (excluding Germany) but we are only offering a signed and tracked for service for countries outside the UK.

If Post Offices need to close, dispatch will pick up as soon as they reopen.

You will receive a dispatch email as soon as your item is on its way!

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days
  
Shipping Times
   
UK orders
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post and usually takes 1-2 working days. 
   
International orders
International orders are sent by Airmail.
Orders to Europe can take 5-7 working days.
Rest of the world is 7-21 working days depending on how quickly your order gets through customs in your country.
International orders may incur a customs charge once the parcel reaches its destination. Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, please check with your local customs authorities for details.
   
Please note: It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their shipping address is correct.
  

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

Returns and Exchanges
If you change your mind about your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange with in 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their unused condition and in their original packaging.
When returning items, please ask for a receipt at your post office as this will act as your proof of postage.
Please note
- We are unable to offer refunds on pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Postage charges will not be refunded
  
Cancellations
Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not yet been despatched. If your order has been despatched you will need to return the order to us at your own expense.   
  

JEWELLERY CARE

  
Silver/Gold Tone Jewellery
Silver and gold tone jewellery should be kept away from water, perfumes or any other liquids to keep them from tarnishing.
 
Silver Plated Jewellery
Sterling silver plated jewellery will last longer than silver/gold tone jewellery. However, to keep your item(s) in the best condition, they should still be kept away from any liquids. 
 
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver jewellery will last the longest but can still tarnish when exposed to air over a long period of time. Store jewellery in an airtight container to prevent this from happening. Use a polishing cloth to clean and keep it in the best condition
