UK Delivery options

- 1-2 Working Days Royal Mail Special Delivery (order before 12pm for same day dispatch mon-fri): £7.95
International Delivery options
We currently ship to the following countries:

- Australia
- Canada
- New Zealand
- Switzerland
- Iceland
- Norway
7-14 Days Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery: £10.95
Please be aware, depending on your country's custom rules and regulations, you may incur a customs charge upon delivery, which is your responsibility.
Dispatch times
Tracked delivery, we aim to ship in 1-2 working days.
Special delivery we aim to ship the same working day (before 12pm) otherwise it will go the next working day
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange with in 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their unused condition and in their original packaging.
We also offer a 12 month warranty on all of our jewellery. Please visit our FAQ's page to see what this covers.
When returning items, please ask for a receipt at your post office as this will act as your proof of postage.
Please note
- We are unable to offer refunds on pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Postage charges will not be refunded
